Endspielzeit - nicht ganz. Deutschland gewinnt gerade den dritten Platz bei der Fußball WM 2006 und ich stehe wieder vor der alten Villa. Hupend rasen die Pickups der gröhlenden Landjugend auf der benachbarten Hauptstrasse vorbei und zerschneiden lärmend die Stille dieses Ortes.
Wuchtig und trutzig erscheint die alte Villa beim Näherkommen. Obwohl sie unmittelbar am Ortsrand steht, fühlt man nach Umrundung einer kleinen Straßenkurve sofort eine andere Stimmung. Hinter diesem Haus kommt nichts mehr. Wald und Felsen markieren die Grenzen des Grundstückes. Vor der Villa liegt ein verwilderter Garten, der von einem kleinen Bach durchflossen wird. Wer hinter dem Haus noch einen stillen Park vermutet, wird enttäuscht sein. Direkt an die felsige Flanke eines Steilhanges gebaut, zeigt die Villa eine unansehnliche und düstere Rückfront.

Bauschutt und Müll liegen herum und machen es schwer sich vorzustellen, dass dies einmal ein netter Garten gewesen ein soll.
Das Dach zeigt Löcher, Abflußrohre sind defekt, Fenster sind kaputt und offen. Es ist nur eine Frage der Zeit, bis sich der Zustand in kuzer Zeit bedenklich verschlimmern wird.

1925 erbaut und inzwischen unter Denkmalschutz stehend, wird nun ein Investor gesucht, der bereit ist über 230.000 Euro für dieses Anwesen zu zahlen. 18 Zimmer, 330 m² Wohnfläche und ein Grundstück von etwa 11.000 m² bilden den Gegenwert zu diesem Kaufpreis. Um darin aber ein wohnliches Ambiente zu schaffen, ist jedoch deutlich mehr als dieser Kaufpreises zu investieren.

Coming closer the old villa appears weighty and well-fortified. Although this building stands at the border of the town, you can feel a completely different atmosphere after passing a small curve of the main road. Behind this house comes nothing more. Forest and rocks are the borders of this realty. In front of the villa is a savaged garden, which is crossed by a small creek. Who expects a secret garden behind the house, will be disappointed. Standing close to a rocky steep slope, the villa shows an unsightly and dark back.

Building rubble and waste are here and make it difficult to imagine, that once this has been a nice garden.
The roof shows holes, drain-tubes are rouged, windows are smashed and open. It's only a question of time, until the state will become much worse during a short time.

Build in 1925 and meanwhile protected as a monument, now an investor is searched who is able to pay more than 230.000 Euro for this estate. 18 rooms, 330 m² living-space and a realty of nearly 11.000 m² are the equivalent value for this price. But in order to create inside a livable ambiance, someone must invest much more than this price.
